In 1987, the sailor Jimmy Cornell published for the first time a work that has since become a reference for all round the world sailors: World Cruising Routes. In it we find all the routes and above all, the right periods to tackle them, as well as numerous essential tips for cruising round the world.
This seventh edition (in English) has been completely revised to answer the questions from new, 21st century cruisers. It must be said that the climate changes we are currently experiencing have, in less than two decades, significantly changed the numerous habits that we thought were timeless. For example, hurricanes cross the Atlantic later and later in the season... The author has also worked particularly hard on the information and the waypoints, and often offers alternatives to the classics. In short, a new edition which is just as essential as the previous one, 20,000 copies of which have already been sold throughout the world...
