This time it’s the Supreme range, which made its world debut in Asia, at the Singapore Yacht Show. If 300m² of habitable space in less than 70 feet is in itself a first, it’s the waterfront apartment style which is really incredible. The 65m² saloon is surrounded, to the sides and aft, by glazed windows opening into the cockpit and the side decks, creating the feeling of a balcony over the water. There is also a full loft-style layout: bar, sofa, gaming table, dining table which seats 10, loud karaoke system, upright piano and double curtains. Décor in dark oak and transparent glazed banisters create a homely ambience. All that’s missing is a fireplace. Maybe that’s next? The outside remains true to form, and the flybridge will remind you of those penthouses that you see in fancy magazines. All these comfortable characteristics give the exterior lines a very cubist feel which takes some getting used to. But didn’t Wally start this trend a few years ago with their 50 meter “A Better Place”?
