The 28th edition of the Eurocat saw 167 crews from the four corners of Europe racing in heavy weather conditions (25 to 27 knots of wind). Several cancelled legs disrupted the programme, but not the good humour ashore. Note that once again, the F18s were the most numerous class (52). The Flying Phantom beat a new record on the raid - 2h05'25" - 25 minutes less than the Nacra F20 in 2010…
The 37th Round Texel will take place on the eponymous island in the Netherlands, on 28th June 2014. As in previous years, we should see an impressive start line, with over 500 catamarans ready to do battle. If you want a unique experience, you absolutely must go and sail at Texel...
