Icom has joined forces with Iridium to offer a service (with subscription) and above all, a new device called ‘PTT Satellite’. PTT for Push To Talk, as this new telephone allows its users to transmit or receive voice calls, or use the radio service (PTT) to discuss…all over the world (including the poles), thanks to the network architecture of Iridium’s satellite system.
