"The water was translucent in this bay on the island of Kodos, north of Idra. Swimming there and seeing the bottom so clearly was a real privilege. And the small drone that my children gifted to me allowed me to shoot some beautiful photographic memories. The initial program was to go to the Cyclades, but the weather decided otherwise. Eventually, over the course of a week, having set sail from the marina of Zeas in Piraeus, we covered 190 nautical miles. We often sail more, but for me, having always sailed a motor catamaran, it is the regularity that appeals to me rather than the speed. What’s more, I even converted a friend who has always been a sailing fan to the concept! Last year, in just two weeks, we visited Corfu, the Cyclades and the Corinth Canal. It was absolutely magnificent! I avoid sailing in July and August as I prefer more relaxed times. On the other hand, from May to the end of June, and from September to mid-October, the anchorages are deserted, and the Meltem wind is absent. Next month we’ll be sailing in the Seychelles on my own Leopard 43 PC. This is the advantage of the Moorings program. Not only do they take care of the maintenance of my boat, but I can sail wherever I want on equivalent boats. Since I travel a lot for my work, I really can make the most of it."
