Simbad 55

Bluewater Sailing in First Class

Presented to the public for the first time at the International Multihull Show at La Grande-Motte back in April, the Simbad 55 certainly isn’t choosing to go unnoticed. With its large, sweeping coachroof arches, immense flybridge, and a finish that clearly draws inspiration from the world of superyachting, this new catamaran makes its ambitions clear: to offer a very high-end vessel, yet one that is sufficiently seakindly and easy to use that it doesn’t require a professional crew to operate. The luxurious and iconic backdrop was set - fitting the bill perfectly, especially since we were exploring the Legend version, the fully-loaded model.
