This ambitious Chinese-built multihull was launched as the Seaview 56 in 2021 and then modified to become the Seaview 59 – this was the model we got to discover at the International Multihull Show at La Grande Motte. For its US premiere at Annapolis, the yard presented a Seaview 60, further lengthened by a foot.
This model, dedicated to luxury charter features six cabins, marble and teak… Comfort, for sure, but note the modest area of the sail plan in relation to the displacement: the sail area to weight ratio is 5.14 m²/t, whereas a catamaran is considered to be high-performance when this figure exceeds 10. So, the aim here is to provide a fully equipped living platform whose finishing standards are on a par with those of luxury living ashore. No less than 5 layouts are available.
