What is the Multihulls World app?
It’s the app of the leading magazine for multihull enthusiasts: news, boat tests, spec sheets, features, practical advice, destinations, readers’ postcards, videos and Multihull of the Year, plus the Multihulls World shop. It is also available in French as Multicoques Mag.
Is the app free?
Yes, it is free to download from the App Store and Google Play. Some content (premium articles, archives, issue PDFs, boat tests) is available to subscribers.
Which devices can I use it on?
iPhone, iPad, and Android smartphones and tablets. To enjoy all features, keep the app and your device’s operating system up to date.
I used the previous Multihulls World app. What should I do?
The new app replaces the previous one. If you had an active subscription or issues purchased in the previous app, email us at admin@multihulls-world.com to transfer them. Also remember to cancel your old subscription in your Apple or Google Play account settings, otherwise you will continue to be charged.
Account and sign-in
Do I need an account?
An account is required to access your subscription content, find your issues and boat tests, and place orders. It’s the same account on the website and in the app.
I’m already a subscriber. How do I access my content in the app?
Simply sign in with the email address and password of your account. Your plan’s content is available straight away.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen, use the “Forgot password” link: you’ll receive an email to choose a new one.
How do I delete my account?
From “My account”, on the website or in the app, or by writing to us. All the steps and the consequences of deletion are explained on the Delete your account page.
Subscriptions
What subscription plans are available?
Basic: all articles, including archives, for the duration of your subscription. €5 per month or €36 per year.
Standard: Basic, plus the PDFs of the issues and boat tests published during your subscription, and the latest issue. €8 per month or €44 per year.
Print: Standard, plus 6 print magazines a year, in the English or French edition, delivery included. Annual only, from €49 per year depending on the delivery zone.
VIP option: subscriber-only benefits, renewed each year, including invitations to boat shows.
How do I subscribe?
Subscriptions are available on www.multihulls-world.com, in the Subscriptions section. Once subscribed, sign in to the app with the same account.
What happens when my subscription ends?
With the Basic plan, access to content ends with your subscription. With the Standard and Print plans, you keep the issue PDFs and boat tests acquired during your subscription, for as long as your account exists.
Does my subscription renew automatically?
Yes. The monthly subscription renews each month and can be stopped at any time. The annual subscription renews each year: we email you before each renewal so you have time to cancel if you wish.
How do I cancel my subscription?
From your “My account” area on the website, in a few clicks, or by writing to admin@multihulls-world.com. You’ll receive an email confirming the end date.
Can I change my mind after subscribing?
You generally have 14 days to withdraw. If you asked for immediate access to digital content and waived this right when ordering, withdrawal no longer applies to the digital part. Full details are in our Terms of Sale.
Reading
Can I read offline?
Yes, with the Standard and Print plans: download issue PDFs in the app to read them without a connection, at anchor or on passage.
When will I receive my print magazine?
With the Print plan, each issue is shipped on publication and normally arrives within 21 days. You choose the English or French edition.
Can I buy an issue or the archives without subscribing?
Yes. The website offers single issues, access to the full archives and the complete boat test collection. They remain available from your account.
Shop and payment
What does the shop offer?
Books, clothing and accessories in Multihulls World colours, available on the website and in the app.
How can I pay?
By bank card, PayPal or Apple Pay, through our secure payment provider Stripe. We never have access to your full card details. In the app, you can scan your card with the camera or enter it manually.
Can I return a product?
Yes, you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw, then 14 days to send the product back in its original condition. Full conditions are in our Terms of Sale.
Your data
Is there advertising in the app?
No. The app shows no advertising and uses no tracking tools. On the website, ads are only displayed if you accept them in the cookie banner, and they are not personalized.
How is my data used?
Only to run your account, subscriptions and orders, and to send you the newsletter if you asked for it. We never sell it. Everything is explained in our Privacy Policy.
How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
Using the unsubscribe link in every newsletter, or by writing to us.
Get involved
How do I send a postcard?
Share the story and photos of your stopover with the editorial team from the Postcards section of the website. If your postcard is published, we’ll give you a free one-year digital subscription.
