In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
Article 1 – Organiser
BlueWaterSky, a French SAS with share capital of 1,333 euros, registered with the Nice Trade and Companies Register under number 942 608 639, with its registered office at 17 rue de l'Hôtel des Postes, 06000 Nice, France, publisher of Multicoques Mag and Multihulls World (the "Organiser"), runs a free game with no purchase necessary called "Route du Rhum 2026 × Virtual Regatta" (the "Game").
The Game is not organised, sponsored or managed by Virtual Regatta. Use of Virtual Regatta Offshore remains subject to Virtual Regatta's terms of use.
Article 2 – Duration
The Game runs from 20 October 2026 until 1 November 2026 at 13:02 Paris time (12:02 UTC), the start of the Route du Rhum 2026.
Article 3 – Eligibility
The Game is open to any individual aged 18 or over, whatever their country of residence, except where prohibited by local law. Employees of the Organiser and anyone involved in running the Game are excluded.
To enter, participants complete the entry form in French (Multicoques Mag) or English (Multihulls World) and accept these rules. One entry per person and per email address. Incomplete, fraudulent or duplicate entries are void.
Signing up to the newsletter is optional and has no effect on the chances of winning.
Article 4 – Prizes
The prizes are 100 single-use surprise codes supplied by Virtual Regatta for the Route du Rhum 2026, Ocean Fifty class. Each code gives the Multicoques Mag boat and leaderboard, plus in-game options whose content varies from one code to another and is not known in advance.
The codes have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged, refunded or converted into money.
Article 5 – How codes are allocated
Codes are allocated in two waves, only to participants who stated they are not already racing the Route du Rhum (Ocean Fifty) in Virtual Regatta:
- Wave 1: the first 50 participants to enter, in order of entry, receive a code by email within about 24 hours.
- Wave 2: on Thursday 29 October 2026, 50 codes are drawn at random among participants entered by that date who have not yet received a code.
Participants who are already racing will be handled according to what Virtual Regatta allows technically, and informed by email.
All participants who do not receive a surprise code will receive, by 29 October 2026 at the latest, the free access code to the Multicoques Mag or Multihulls World category for their edition.
Article 6 – Using the codes
The code is entered when joining the Route du Rhum 2026 race in the Ocean Fifty class in Virtual Regatta. Participants should not join the race before receiving the Organiser's email.
Each code can be used only once. The Organiser is not responsible for a code that is lost, shared with a third party, entered too late, or made unusable by a decision or technical incident at Virtual Regatta.
Article 7 – Notifying winners
Codes are sent to the email address given in the form. The Organiser is not responsible if the address is wrong or the email lands in spam. A code not used before race registration closes is lost.
Article 8 – Personal data
The Organiser is the controller of the data collected (first name, last name, email, country, edition, Virtual Regatta boat name). It is used to run the Game and send the codes, on the basis of performing these rules. It is not shared with Virtual Regatta and is kept until 31 December 2026, unless the participant chooses to join the newsletter.
Participants may access, correct, erase, object to or port their data by writing to admin@multihulls-world.com. They may also complain to the French data protection authority (CNIL). Privacy policy
Article 9 – Liability
The Organiser may shorten, extend, change or cancel the Game if circumstances require, in particular if Virtual Regatta or the Route du Rhum organisers change the race. The Organiser cannot be held liable for doing so.
Article 10 – Acceptance and access to the rules
Taking part means accepting these rules in full. They are available free of charge at https://www.multicoques-mag.com/reglement-du-jeu-route-du-rhum-2026-virtual-regatta throughout the Game.
Article 11 – Governing law and disputes
These rules are governed by French law. Any claim must be sent in writing to the Organiser by 31 December 2026. Failing an amicable settlement, the competent courts of Nice have sole jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
