Named Oriela, the FPY 70 belongs to the latest generation of powercats from the La Rochelle-based builder. Successor to the Power 67, this 72'2" (22 m) model, designed by Berret-Racoupeau, is scheduled to leave the shipyard in early November. Configured in the Maestro layout, with four double cabins and crew quarters, this yacht is powered by twin 600 hp Volvo D8 engines. Equipment includes a flybridge with bar, a spacious cockpit and even a Jacuzzi. Asking price: € 5,170,000 ex-tax.
Turning to sailing catamarans, Velaria is a brand-new 2026 Lagoon 55, distinguished by its impressive list of options. This four-cabin, four-bathroom version features twin 110 hp Yanmar engines, a square-top mainsail, a self-tacking jib and a Code 0, along with electric furlers and winches.
Additional equipment includes a bow thruster, a hydraulic Tenderlift platform, a generator, air conditioning, a 74 US gal/h (280 l/h) watermaker, a complete Raymarine electronics package, Starlink and a 13'9" (4.2 m) Highfield tender.
The flybridge is also particularly well appointed, with a bar, refrigerator and hardtop bimini. This configuration is clearly geared toward bluewater cruising and is offered at € 2,480,000 ex-tax.
Two yachts designed for very different cruising programs, but both illustrating the diversity of high-end catamarans currently available on the brokerage market.
