Slightly larger and carrying more canvas, the 52 also boasts a more modern design. But the big story is the new propulsion system combining electric motors, 195 square feet (18m²) of solar panels and a methanol-powered generator. Some of the construction materials used are eco-compatible, such as basalt fiber and PET foam. Optimized and designed with blue water cruising in mind, the 52 benefits from easy-access equipment to guarantee easy technical maintenance. The Andaman 52 can be delivered in Race version with a carbon rig and a wardrobe by Onesail.
