4,500 miles from the Pacific to the Atlantic

No less than 225 boats ranging in length from 32 to 225 feet have registered for the 2020/2021 edition of the Panama Posse Rally. Among them, many multihulls – including at least 15 Lagoons, according to the organizers.

This is the fourth edition of this nautical rally, which started on December 4th from California, aiming to reach Key West (Florida) in July. Though the full route totals 4,500 miles, 500 anchorages and 36 marinas, you can join the fleet in Mexico, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia, Jamaica or Belize, to name just a few of the 18 countries visited. The objective of this rally is to ensure the safety of the fleet, joint seminars, good preparation of the stopovers, and the weather. A dedicated Panama Canal agent is also planned - not to mention the friendships that are made between the crews!
