Unlimited Yachts 53

He is responsible for two record crossings in an F20’ sport catamaran (Marseille – Carthage and Dakar – Guadeloupe, as well as a participation in the Vendee Globe). Today he is taking care of the development of this brand-new 53-foot catamaran, whose no1 is under construction. The basic idea was to design a fast boat, with slim forward sections to pass easily through the water, some developments coming from the ocean racing world (such as the absence of a forward crossbeam, and a bowsprit starting at the front of the coachroof) as well as a comfortable interior, for a genuine blue-water cruising boat. 

The builder is also working on a motor version equipped with foils, to really fly over the water and obtain impressive performance with very low consumption.
