80' Prince de Bretagne

Lionel Lemonchois' brand new 80-foot maxi is taking shape and the assembly of the giant trimaran at Multiplast is already finished. Prince de Bretagne, the skipper's new boat is extrapolated from the former 60' Sodebo, but will be a genuine new boat, capable of winning…the 2014 Route du Rhum, the clearly announced aim for the double winner (in the 60' class and the 50' class). Finally, all that will remain of the old boat are the appendages, the mast and the crossbeams... Everything else has been re-thought, designed and built with the aim of allowing Lionel to realise his dream: to become the first skipper to win the famous race three times.
