Message in a Bottle

"I passed my deckhand’s ticket in the spring (despite Covid...) and I would like to validate it as soon as possible so that I can do my Captain’s 200 straight away afterwards. I have started doing deliveries. I have been sailing regularly for a few years as skipper of my own small sailing boat or as a crew member on different boats. Today I’m looking for an Atlantic crossing to get more experience and to work a season in the West Indies. On board, I am always in a good mood and can adapt myself to the people and the desired atmosphere. I like to take part in all the tasks, and I love cooking (even if I’m not at chef level yet!). But above all I am eager to learn and to meet experienced sailors. The ideal for me would of course be a paid delivery but I remain open to other options. I can go to Portugal, The Canary Islands, Italy or Greece for the departure and I am available immediately. I am trilingual French-English-Spanish».
