Among the 40 multihulls on display at the “Occasions du Multicoque et de Refit” second-hand show, we’ve selected eight models to present to you on video. From the least expensive to the most expensive, we invite you to discover the world of used multihulls! We begin with an Excess 11.
Our test in MW171 - Our Overlap Genoa Test in MW199
There’s no need to (re)introduce you to the smallest of the Excess range, the 11. Launched in early 2020, this model is the first to be 100% independent of Lagoon tooling and has seen huge success - it is now the brand’s best-seller with nearly 300 examples sold. This compact and accessible catamaran is particularly appealing to newcomers to the world of cruising. The Excess 11 is very easy to handle and offers surprising comfort for its size. The model we are presenting here is almost new, having been launched in 2024. It is a three-cabin Owner version and is very well equipped and energy self-sufficient. This model features small custom touches such as the XCS logos printed on the deck covering and above the entrance to the nacelle but does not offer the now-available furling genoa. The self-tacking jib is sufficient.
Asking price: € 419,000 including VAT.
