Darnet Design will be heading to the Cannes Yachting Festival, from September 8 to 13, with a new organization. Antoine Gicquel, who joined the agency in 2011, Vincent Haegel, who came aboard in 2014, and Thomas Gaillard, who joined in 2024, are becoming partners alongside Franck Darnet.

Founded in 1999, the agency now has a team of around half a dozen people and works on both interior layouts and exterior styling, for sailing and power boats through to superyachts. Multihulls occupy an important place in its portfolio, with collaborations notably including Outremer Yachting, Privilège Marine, JFA, Simbad Yachts and ORC Catamarans.
Bringing three members of the team into the company’s ownership therefore marks a new step for Darnet Design: beyond recognizing their involvement in the agency, the move is also about preparing for its future with a team now more closely involved in its development. The entire team will be in Cannes - where there should be no shortage of opportunities to see their work aboard multihulls.
