Pitting the liner Queen Mary 2 against the cream of the racing boats over the legendary North Atlantic route between Saint Nazaire and New York. At the finish, François Gabart and his men aboard Macif won, ahead of Francis Joyon’s Idec Sport, Thomas Coville’s SodeboUltim and Yves le Blévec’s Actual.
