On a cruising multihull under 30 feet, every pound and every cubic inch counts. In these conditions, it is difficult to carry a heavy tender and a powerful outboard. The new V-Line from 3D Tender focuses on simplicity, with a lightweight, foldable inflatable tender and just enough power for trips between the boat and shore.

Available in 7'7", 8'6" and 9'4" (2.3, 2.6 and 2.85 m) versions, the V-Line features an integrated V-shaped drop-stitch inflatable floor. The smallest 230 weighs just 44 lbs (20 kg), a real advantage when it needs to be brought back aboard or deflated and stowed in its bag during a passage.
3D Tender offers Suzuki outboards from 2.5 to 6 hp, but pairing the V-Line 230 with the small DF2.5 seems particularly well suited to this type of use. There is no question of getting on the plane with the entire crew: the aim is instead to have a compact motorized means of getting ashore without turning the tender into equipment that is too heavy and bulky for a small multihull. The package with engine and accessories is priced from € 1,350 including VAT.
