More than twenty years later, the Swiftwater Mesh Deck Sandal makes a fairly direct return to these roots, with a design intended for use in and around the water.
Closer to a closed-toe sandal than the famous Classic Clog, the Swiftwater combines a stretch-mesh upper with a Croslite™ sole and footbed. Large side openings allow water to drain quickly, while the closed toe protects the toes. An adjustable Velcro strap keeps the foot securely in place, a useful detail when moving from the cockpit to the tender or walking on a wet deck.
