Sixty years later, the watchmaker is revisiting this historic model with two limited editions of its Prospex 62MAS collection. The first features a luminous blue dial, selected by brand enthusiasts through an international vote, while the second, reserved for the European market, sports a deep green inspired by the waters of Lake Hallstatt in Austria.
Housed in a 1.57" (40 mm) stainless steel case, both models feature the automatic 6R55 caliber, offering approximately 72 hours of power reserve. Water-resistant to 984 feet (300 m), they come with a domed anti-reflective sapphire crystal, Lumibrite coating for visibility in the dark, and a sliding clasp for easy bracelet adjustment. The green version adds subtle gold accents and an additional black silicone strap.
The Plus: Two genuinely limited editions, with 4,500 pieces available for the blue version and just 1,400 for the European edition.
