At least 2 or 3 hulls…

I’m just back from a week’s cruising/reporting in the British Virgin Islands aboard a Bali 4.0... My conclusion? There is definitely nothing better than a multihull for discovering a new body of water, sailing from one anchorage to another, living on board - and even crossing the oceans. Certainly, even if our model was the smallest in the range, the comfort of the nacelle open to the cockpit is incomparable with anything a monohull can offer, even one 10 feet longer. The same goes for the huge cabins, which preserve everyone's privacy. It'd be impossible to go back (to a mono, you understand) when you've tasted the stability and user-friendliness of a multi. It’s no coincidence that the business of sailboats and motorboats with two or three hulls is doing so well - as is the second-hand market. The success of the International Multihull Show, whose 10th edition we will soon be celebrating, completes this observation: two or three hulls, or none at all!

And now we are 10!

For the most beautiful of the boat shows…
April 2010. A group of cheerful enthusiasts decided to gather in Lorient for the first edition of the Multihull Show. 50 catamarans and trimarans were on display on the water, and the atmosphere was quite simply... Incredible. Shipyards, buyers, charterers, charter companies, chandlers, insurers, sailmakers, enthusiasts and of course the entire Multihulls World team were there to celebrate multihulls of all shapes and sizes. And what a celebration it was....
The concept of this show, conceived by Fred Morvant and Philippe Michel, immediately took off and it was the beginning of a magical story.
April 2019: we will all be gathering together - the pioneers of the first show, as well as all those who have joined us since then, to celebrate this tenth edition. In this issue, you will discover the exciting program that awaits you. New products making their world debut, dozens of multihulls from 28 to... 65 feet and, as always, some nice surprises brought along by our friends of the Golden Oldies Multihull Association (we are talking about a fairly original proa).
So don't miss this event under any circumstances: come along to the show to discover these wonders and at the Multihulls World stand to chat about our passion and continue the celebration, beautifully ongoing since... 2010!

Rendez-vous from 24 to 28 April.
