Long Island 87’ - New design, but still with aluminum hulls
The Long Island 87 will feature a more modern superstructure, a longer flybridge and, of course, new technology for greater comfort. JFA retains its tried-and-tested construction method: the aluminum hulls will be topped by a composite deck and superstructure. The deck layout and interior will be quite similar to those of the 86-foot powercat: in addition to the XXL flybridge and its nav station, there is a sheltered bar and large saloon, the accommodation on the lower levels should total 1,335 square feet (124 m²), including a particularly generous Owner’s cabin. The Long Island 87 has been designed to accommodate 10 guests and 4 crew.
