The Multihulls World community is already familiar with Maxence and Florence who set sail aboard their Class 6 One Cat in 2021 for a long voyage of indefinite duration. Their catamaran, which is decidedly experimental, explores new technical solutions and continues to evolve.

At the same time, the crew have long offered their services – mechanical work, seamanship, sailmaking - during stopovers in the Caribbean before embarking on a new project: “As usual on a boat, we've changed our plans,” Flo jokes. "We're going to cross the Pacific in early 2026, bound for French Polynesia, and plan to operate the catamaran in charter. But in the meantime, One Cat is in Panama for a major refit before departure."
