A removable stainless-steel circular handle makes it easy to pick up the griddle to switch it to the other side. Simply remove the stainless-steel surround by unscrewing the screws and reinstall it on the other side of the plate. Highly efficient, the Antigua Compact Reversible diffuses heat perfectly over the entire cooking surface and can reach up to 625°F (330°C) in less than 5 minutes.
