We met the Nautix team at the Cannes Yachting Festival, where the company presented its flagship ranges and unveiled new solutions designed for everyday use on board.

When it comes to antifouling, their A3 Yachting remains a safe bet for owners who want to apply reliable and durable protection themselves. A3 Formula+ is aimed more at shipyards and professionals, with a reinforced formula adapted to the constraints of intensive maintenance. Finally, A4 T.Speed is the sportiest version, specially developed for racing boats, where every tenth of a knot counts and being able to slip through the water becomes a decisive factor.

Environmental factors are obviously unavoidable when talking about antifouling. As we analyzed in Multihulls World in our article “Antifouling Together With Respect for the Environment - A Marriage that Could Never Be?” the issue remains a sensitive one. Nautix is taking a pragmatic approach in this area by offering formulas that comply with current regulations, but which are also designed to last longer, thus limiting the frequency of hull maintenance and the impact on the environment.
