British equipment manufacturer GN Espace has just presented a gimballed stove that meets all the desires for multihull owners looking to switch to all-electric. The OceanChef 3 combines the advantages of induction hob cooking with the practical features of a multifunction oven.

In more detail, the two- or three-zone cooktop is equipped with a 2.5 kW boost function. The fast-heating multifunction oven (up to 480°F/250°C) is fully insulated. It can be combined with the energy management system of the hob to guarantee a maximum stove load of only 4.9 kW. A flush grill offers extra height; the oven design allows you to cook on three levels at the same time. The stove is held in place by the oven frame, which also has its own safety stop to prevent hot food from accidentally slipping out of the oven when the door is opened.
