This 100% multihull event, whose name translates as the Second-hand Multihull and Refit Show was held this year from October 16 to 19 at Canet-en-Roussillon in the South of France. And this edition celebrated the tenth anniversary of the event with an impressive record of 40 multihulls on display.
On the docks, visitors were able to discover a village entirely dedicated to multihulls, presenting all the necessary parts and services – boating equipment, electronics, deck hardware, sail making, financing solutions, insurance, marine surveyors, transport, charter and even advice for blue water cruising.
Most of the boats on show were catamarans ranging from 38 to 61 feet in length - the smallest being a Lagoon 380 and the largest, a Privilège 615. In this category, we found the Lagoon 52S Cat'Leya and its skipper Jean-Pierre Schiavi - a duo well known to our readers! Three powercats were on display: a Maryland 37, a Leopard 46 PC, and a MY6. Lastly, we got to discover two trimarans: a Neel 43 Performance and a 51.
During the show, we took a closer look at eight boats, and we’ll be presenting these in more detail in an upcoming article. In the meantime, check out our exclusive videos!
