For the builder, demand in the Middle East region is indeed significant, justifying an investment of nearly 30 million euros with the aim of expanding its industrial capacity by building a new state-of-the-art facility.

Sunreef Yachts acquired a 16-acre (65,000 m²) site on which the construction of a first 110,000 square foot (10,000 m²) building was completed. The new yard began production in September 2023, initially employing around 50 staff. Two years later, the shipyard employs up to 600 people dedicated to the production of the Ultima range.
