Although, with the 34 and 44, the builder has obviously refocused towards larger models, the range bears little in common with those of their competitors - who start at 37 or even more often 40 feet. Between Aventura’s 34 and 44, there's room for a 37... this next model was supposed to be announced at the International Multihull Show, but as you know, that was cancelled. So what's new with this boat? The lines still signed by Lasta Design, but with more pronounced chines than those of the 44, a helm station set aft, so as not to interfere with sail trimming - just in front - and a sunbathing area on the bimini - which can be used in port or at anchor. The builder has chosen quality - isophthalic and epoxy resins, water-repellent woodwork, A4 316 ISI stainless steel parts, Harken and Spinlock fittings, Elvström sail wardrobe, ZSpars rigging, Raymarine electronics, etc. - to ensure that the boat is as comfortable as possible. The light displacement announced by the yard – under 8 t (17,500 lbs) - combined with nearly 95 m² (1,020 sq ft) of upwind sail area promises liveliness. There are also good water and fuel capacities, not to mention the 260 l (9.2 cu ft) refrigerator. The Aventura 37 will be available in a 3 or 4-cabin version. The first launch is planned for the end of this year.
