MYBA (The Worldwide Yachting Association) is a professional organization founded in 1984, which has been organizing a charter-focused show for over 30 years, reserved for industry professionals, brokers, and influencers.
We asked photographer/videographer duo Nicolas and Romain Claris to share their assessment of the 2026 edition, held in San Remo (Italy): “More than fifteen units, both sailing and motor, were gathered this year along a quay almost entirely dedicated to them. While not yet in the majority at the show, multihulls are steadily establishing themselves within Mediterranean charter fleets. Their consistently growing presence reflects evolving usage and increasing demand for boats offering volume, stability, and comfort. From the ever-elegant JFA 80 to Lagoon models (including the latest Seventy 7 built and the brand-new Eighty 2), several Sunreef 80s and 70s, a Power 80 by Fountaine Pajot, a Bali 58, and various custom builds, the offering proved particularly diverse - leaving charter clients spoiled for choice. Among the standout units, This Is It and Seawolf X drew considerable attention. At over 43 meters in length, these exceptional catamarans are redefining traditional market benchmarks.”
