Its die-cast aluminum housing contains 12 high-intensity LEDs capable of delivering a 720,000-candela beam. This provides powerful illumination for nighttime navigation and maneuvers, as well as search operations.
The RCL-200 particularly benefits from the new generation of controls developed by ACR. A single controller can independently operate two searchlights or synchronize them; a Return-to-Home function also automatically returns one or two RCL-200s to the boat’s centerline. The URH-103 wireless remote allows the beam to be controlled while moving around the boat - particularly useful for tracking a buoy, monitoring a maneuver or searching for an object in the water.
Compatible with both 12 and 24 V systems, the new searchlight can be installed on a new boat or used to replace an existing unit. One interesting feature: unlike the RCL-50 and RCL-100, the RCL-200 incorporates the necessary electronics directly and therefore does not require the URC-104 main controller.
