Born in Seattle in 2011, Raptor Deck has quickly become a premium reference in non-skid EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) foam decking.
Designed for owners who value both performance and aesthetics, it offers a sophisticated alternative to synthetic teak, delivering lasting comfort, safety and style underfoot.
The first impression is immediate. Soft and pleasant to walk on, especially in bare feet, the difference from traditional surfaces is noticeable: Raptor Deck never overheats, even under direct sunlight, and remains perfectly non-slip when wet. Its closed-cell foam, purpose-built for marine applications, provides excellent thermal and acoustic insulation while resisting UV, saltwater and heavy use.
Each installation is fully custom-made to follow the exact lines of the deck and floors of your multihull. Panels are CNC-machined for a precise fit and so go together like a puzzle.
Owners can choose personalized thickness, textures and colors. Laser engraving and CNC routing allow for the welcome addition of a logo, your multihull’s name, decorative pattern or textured surface. The 6 mm dual-color heat-bonded version adds an elegant contrast for a truly distinctive visual effect.
