Thanks to their habitable volume and deck space far superior to those of an equivalentlength monohull, multihulls in this category offer most of the attributes of serious yachts. Here we are at the gates of Superyachting... Exceptional machines that nevertheless require one or more professionals on board.
BREAKING NEWS - SUPERCAT’66 - VITTORIO’S TOP TIPS!
Elegant design, curved daggerboards and foils at the bottom of the rudder blades: this is the evolution of the Ascat 63 proposed by the hyperactive Italian architect Vittorio Malingri. This model could be built thanks to the association of two shipyards, Moana Custom and Adria Sail Custom Yachts.
MC60CAT - IT WON’T LEAVE YOU INDIFFERENT…
Since first being presented at the 2018 Cannes Yachting Festival, the MC60 has seen three examples built. Not a bad commercial performance for such an exclusive catamaran. The nacelle is designed ‘open space’ in line with current trends, but as for the rest, the MC60 is nothing like the others: a very specific topside form, high-tech mast support strut to distribute the loads, tempered glass panes, sliding side windows, no forward beam, sail-trimming flybridge set aft... it’s impossible to remain indifferent! In the hulls, the cabins offer volume and comfort without compromising performance thanks to a generous sail plan and superb centerboards.

SUNREEF 60 - THE WORLD OF LUXURY
Everything about the Sunreef 60 is reminiscent of her big sister, the 80, of the same generation. The exterior lines bear close resemblance, as does the flybridge, the vertical side windows and the coachroof-bimini shape. These elements are based on the codes of today’s small superyacht. The fittings, the saloon and the cockpit merge into the hydraulic platform, which extends them into a terrace. The cabinet-work is remarkable. The in-house design team has considerable experience in listening to customers: each unit is different. High rigid bulwarks, and forward interior helm station with panoramic view also characterize this model. At the 2019 Cannes Yachting Festival, an example with carbon bimini and titanium stanchions was one of the most eye-catching on show.

OCEAN EXPLORER 60 - SIGNED BY GERMÁN FRERS!
TEST in MW141
Since 1958, the Argentinean architect has been designing prestigious racing yachts, but generally monohulls... This contribution in the field of multihulls therefore came as a bit of a surprise in 2014, but also a success as we saw during our test. The OE 60 is perfectly balanced at the helm and offers a subtle compromise between ...
