Obituary: Cyrille Tricot

Cyrille had always loved multihulls: Having previously worked for The Moorings, Catana and Privilège, he founded up his own business, Multicats International, which distributed HH Catamarans.
For a good 15 years now, our boat tests have regularly featured Cyrille at the helm or trimming the sails on all the latest models. There’s not been a boat show we’ve attended where Cyrille and Multihulls World hadn’t gotten together...
The photo illustrating the long collaboration between Multihulls World and Cyrille was taken by Philippe Echelle during our test of the Catana 53 in the Mediterranean, off Canet-en-Roussillon, which was his real base camp.
Everyone on the Multihulls World team sends their condolences to his wife Rosanne, and to all his family.
