Racing in Thailand

The anchorages are exceptional, numerous and…often completely deserted! But it is also possible to race here and have fun at the helm. The proof, with the now traditional Cape Panwa Hotel Phuket Race Week. This 14^th edition saw a large number of participants, notably in the different multihull classes, as apart from the Firefly 850s, there was a class for Corsair Pulse 600s and two other classes with racing and cruising multihulls. In short, the 24 catamarans and trimarans on the same stretch of water had the time of their lives in the 8 legs raced.

During the prize giving ceremony (and the gala dinner), the organizers announced that the race will take place in 2018 and 2019 at the Cape Panwa Hotel.

So, if you fancy racing in the sunshine next year, you know what you have to do…
