Following the Ultima 55 and Ultima 66, Sunreef Yachts continues the development of its new multiyacht range with the Ultima 88, making its world premiere at the Cannes Yachting Festival.
Built at the builder's new state-of-the-art shipyard in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, this new model is designed to offer an alternative to large monohull yachts by combining speed, stability and generous living spaces aboard a more compact platform. The Ultima 88 features a thoroughly contemporary design, delivering high performance while maintaining a shallow draft.
It naturally adopts the range's distinctive styling, with a sporty silhouette, hulls featuring pronounced reverse bows, and discreet superstructures incorporating reverse-angled forward glazing. Sunreef highlights a cruising experience that combines the agility of a monohull with the comfort, stability and living space of a multihull.
The emphasis is also on customization, with each yacht extensively tailored to its owner's preferences. One of the Ultima 88's signature features is its Ocean Lounge. Thanks to large fold-down bulwarks and a spacious aft garage, the swim platform transforms into a true seaside terrace, further strengthening the connection between the living areas and the water.
The builder also reports strong international interest in the Ultima 88. Spanish tennis champion Carlos Alcaraz has notably selected the model as his first yacht.
