We discovered the XF75 in our Power Special Issue #25, but now it’s time for its big sistership, the XF450.
“This new model represents the evolution of what we believe in and have pioneered - using advanced technology and innovative design to blend features and capabilities that traditionally compete. And in doing so unlocking the oceans to a greater level than ever before,” explains Mitch Pachoud, co-founder and director of Voodoo Yachts. This foiling powercat combines true adventurous potential thanks to its shallow draft and very long range (up to 4,500 nautical miles at 8 knots!) with a very high cruising speed of 30 knots.
Taking advantage of its impressive 34½-foot (10.5 m) beam, the 450 is home to five luxurious cabins, including an owner’s suite that spans the entire width of the catamaran and offers a 180° panoramic view, all while maintaining optimal handling. Available in open flybridge or closed flybridge versions (the latter shown here), the XF450 can be customized on request and equipped with, for example, a helipad, a swimming pool, or even a room dedicated to spa and wellness treatments.
