The 55, but Better?

The imminent launch of the Outremer 48 and the upcoming official announcement of the new flagship, the 64, make it look like the shipyard is radically restructuring its range. This is further evidenced by the images we have just received for the sailing edition of our Buyer’s Guide: the Outremer 55 is out, and the 57 is in!

While the broad lines are very similar (the general specifications have not yet been revealed but are expected to be identical to those of the 55, except for the length of the hulls), there are a host of small details that have changed - all of which are improvements - such as the extended sugarscoops, the streamlined design of the coachroof, the better-integrated davits, and the central island, which is better organized in terms of storage and, above all, has rounded corners.
