For a long time, offering a powercat that couldn’t make more than 20 knots was tantamount to commercial suicide… but times are changing, and new “slow life” lifestyles are gaining momentum.

In fact, today, boaters are looking for vessels capable of covering long distances at 8–10 knots while consuming little fuel; they now readily accept that their powercat isn’t designed to cross a pretty bay in less than 20 minutes... Aventura Yachting is therefore offering a variation on its best-selling 37 Sail, featuring a more streamlined and elongated stern design. The rig and deck hardware have been removed, while the motors (still powering saildrive transmission) have been upgraded from 20 or 30 HP to 57, 80, or 110 HP. And although the interior layout remains the same, a brand-new flybridge version will be available.
